WhidbeyHealth Medical Staff Bylaws
These bylaws were approved by the Board of Commissioners on June 10, 2019 and are binding as of that date.
They were revised and approved by the Board of Commissioners on September 16th, 2019 with changes to Article 14, EMTALA.
They were revised and approved by the Board of Commissioners on October 14th, 2019 with changes to 10.2.3 and 10.2.4 clarifying how committee chairs and members are appointed.
They were revised and approved by the Board of Commissioners on November 11th, 2019 with changes to Article 14, taking out section C.
They were revised and approved by the Board of Commissioners on December 16th, 2019 with changes to Article 14, allowing NP/PA to perform MSEs in the ED.
They were revised and approved by the Board of Commissioners on September 16th, 2019 with changes to Article 14, EMTALA.
